How billing works
LinkedIn charges by payment threshold: when your spend passes it, you are charged the next day; otherwise the balance is charged on the first day of the next month.

How do I add a virtual card to LinkedIn Ads?

Why was my card declined on LinkedIn Ads?
The usual causes are a card balance that doesn’t cover the charge (including tax), a billing address that doesn’t match the one on your card details, or a platform or region that doesn’t take prepaid cards. A declined payment doesn’t take money from your card. Message support if it keeps happening.
